Research at dpir

The Department has a strong and diverse program of research activities funded by internal as well as external sources. We provide funding for the publication or translation of texts written by our members and sponsor full participation in conferences or workshops. Members of the department as well as doctoral students participate in grants of all proportions, from the small, university funded research projects, through regional and national grant programmes, to European/international grant schemes. As a result, the Department constantly ranks among the most active and dynamic research institutions of our Faculty.
